Now in its 31st year, the NSW Tourism Awards acknowledge and celebrate tourism excellence. This program rewards businesses that demonstrate significant achievement throughout the year. With 28 submission categories available, the awards showcase a variety of tourism products and businesses delivering outstanding service to guests in NSW.

The NSW Tourism Awards' criteria and categories are set by the Australian Tourism Industry Council (ATIC). Select NSW category winners may progress to the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards to be judged against finalists from each State and Territory.

“The opportunity to stop, reflect and recognise your team’s achievements is something we value greatly. The Tourism Awards process not only assists our business to reflect on the past but prepares us for our future. Winning our category has resulted in greater exposure for our destination, increased awareness of key messages and has contributed to producing even stronger results for our visitor economy. We thrive on reading + absorbing judges feedback, always eager to improve our business services. We’re thankful for the opportunity to participate in the tourism awards program.”
